Refund policy CANCELLATION AND REFUND
• Cancellation and refund is not possible against any orders. If you find any issues with your order, we will completely solve through Exchanges
EXCHANGE - *Please note the following stipulations surrounding returns: In case of an exchange for a different size or a different piece, contact us within 4 days post Delivery at support@twolaws.in and we will book a return pickup against your order. The return shipping fee will be borne by the customer. Note that Exchanges will be processed only for the same amount as the original order value or a higher amount. Once we will receive the product, we will dispatch the new item within 3 days.
CONDITIONS (EXCHANGE)
- Please make sure the tags are intact for a smooth process. Any returns without the tags will not be accepted and will be delivered back to the customer.
- Exchanges will be only accepted once against every order. It will not be accepted if the customer wishes to exchange the same order for a second time.
- Only Accepting After The Proper Packaging Same As Sent By Team Twolaws.
If you have received a damaged product, we apologize. We are more than willing to help you out. Please click pictures and a video of the product and email to support@twolaws.in . We will issue an exchange for your order.
Orders once placed cannot be canceled. If you have ordered the wrong size product by mistake, you can simply email us at support@twolaws.in to change it to the preferred size within 1 hour of placing your order and we will happily update it.
Please note, if you are returning items to us from outside of the India you may incur customs fees for us to receive your item. As our returns policy stipulates that the return postage costs are the full duty of the customer, this includes any custom fees incurred in the postage of the return parcel. Exclusions to this include if the product is faulty/damaged before wear.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@twolaws.in within 4 days of receiving the item.
- Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange.
- The exchange once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking
ID sent to us on support@twolaws.in on the same email thread. - Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.
- If you have received a defective product, share images at support@twolaws.in and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
- Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.
- Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a Giftcard .
- The Gift Card is valid till 3 month from the date of issue.
- Articles purchased on any promotion/ sale are not eligible for return/ exchange or refund.
