Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (free):

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours.

Once it gets dispatched it will take 2 to 5 days* to reach your doorstep as we use express shipping without and extra cost.

Please note that it may take more than 5 days in some cities due to public holidays/weather or maybe due to lack of transportation facilities. Order tracking would be shared to the registered email. The delivery time may vary depending on the area pin-code.

International Shipping

International shipping is an extra charge and does not include in the Product's price. Final shipping charges can be visible during checkout

The prices of products are inclusive of taxes but exclude customs duties. All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer.

TWOLAWS is not responsible for these charges

We would recommend contacting your local custom office to inquire about what these rates would be for parcels being shipping from India to your country of residence.

If you have received a damaged product, we apologize. We are more than willing to help you out. Please click pictures and a video of the product and email to support@twolaws.in . We will issue an exchange for your order.

Orders once placed cannot be canceled. If you have ordered the wrong size product by mistake, you can simply email us at support@twolaws.in to change it to the preferred size within 1 hour of placing your order and we will happily update it.

Please note, if you are returning item/s to us from outside of the India you may incur customs fees for us to receive your item. As our returns policy stipulates that the return postage costs are the full duty of the customer, this includes any custom fees incurred in the postage of the return parcel. Exclusions to this include if the product is faulty/damaged before wear.
